You can choose a cabinet of any Length from 1.2m to 4.8m, Height from 33cm to 48cm, and Depth from 40cm to 60cm. Also, we can customise any other sizes as required.

We offer free delivery to all Australian Metro Cities but may attract an extra fee for regional parts. Please ask our staff before you made your order. You will receive a mail with shipping details and a tracking number when your order gets dispatched.

Our standard manufacturing time is 6 to 8 weeks (varies), but we can do it quicker, between one to four weeks, with some extra cost which you can choose in the drop-down menu before checkout.

We dispatch all our cabinets flat-packed with easy-to-follow assembly instructions.

Once you’ve submitted your order in Checkout, you will see an order confirmation page. This confirms that your order has been sent for processing and provides you with an Order number. You’ll also receive an email confirmation. Once complete, we will ship your product and provide tracking details. You can track your delivery with the provided tracking number. Yes, we provide two cable holes in each compartment; however, we can do it for you at no extra cost if you need more or any other small cutout.

No, any size above 2.4M needs to be in two separate units connecting with a hairline gap on top that can be covered with a filler or a decorative piece.

Yes, you can choose a Mounting kit in the drop-down menu option. These kits are specially designed to suit JMF cabinets. Please note that these floating cabinets/shelves must be mounted by a qualified tradesman experienced in heavy products. Under no circumstances is JMF responsible for any loss, damage, or injury for any reason, including installation or using our floating cabinets/shelves.

TV Cabinets with Perspex glass, sold by “Just Modern Furniture”, allow the remote control signal to pass through, so there will be no issues using your Video and Audio devices with this type of TV Unit.
Any TV Cabinet with solid doors will block the remote control signal and will not pass through. The solution is to either operate the remote with the door open or purchase a remote repeater(IR Extender Kit) from Jaycar or any other similar store, which most customers do. This device passes the signal to the inside of the TV Cabinet, thus allowing your Video and Audio devices to work with doors closed. Typical remote repeaters cost $50-$100.

Our highly experienced Quality Control team always ensure our cabinets are scratch free and double-check hardware, but still, just in case you find anything wrong with it, we will send it to the replacement free of cost.

JMF manufactures all TVunits, and Floating Wall units are made to order.,
Because each order is bespoke and specifically made to your requirements, we cannot accept returns or cancellations of our high-quality products.
Please choose extremely carefully in terms of size carefully choose sizes, shipping options, and finishes, and read shipping times and terms and conditions. Failure to do so will not be a valid reason for cancellation or return of the product.
If we absolutely must cancel an order in rare circumstances or upon a dispute, the costs will be flat 20% admin fee of the total order charged before refunding the amount.
