We provide free shipping to all major Australian cities (Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Darwin and Tasmania). Please contact us prior to placing an order to get a quote for non-metro areas. Due to website restrictions, we can't provide the eligible postcodes for free delivery in detail. You will receive an email with shipping details and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Our general manufacturing time is 3 - 4 weeks. However, you can place an order for quicker delivery within one to two weeks for an additional cost.

Just Modern Furniture uses the highest quality materials sourced from Australia to construct all of our TV cabinets. This includes premium 18mm thick environmentally friendly E0 moisture-resistant MDF from Stylelite (www.stylelite.net) and our high-quality E0 emission MDF and laminates from Polytec (www.polytec.com.au), a leader in kitchen and furniture materials.

Yes, we include two cable holes in each compartment. If you require additional cutouts or specific small openings, we can accommodate that at no extra cost.

By default, any cabinet size over 2.4 meters will be shipped in two separate units due to logistics and home entry door restrictions. These units will connect on-site, leaving a small hairline gap at the top, which can easily be concealed with a filler or decorative piece. However, we can accommodate cabinet tops up to 3 meters in length as one piece, but you must contact us in advance to arrange this.

Yes, we provide a complete mounting kit that includes a wall panel, 6mm heavy-duty steel brackets, a panel cut-out, hardware, and mounting instructions. This task must be completed by a qualified tradesman.

Yes, we offer discounts for multiple cabinet orders. Please contact our friendly team prior to placing your order for more information.

We offer home visit services to our Victorian customers only at this stage.

Our TV cabinets with Perspex glass allow remote control signals to pass through, so you won’t have any issues using your video and audio devices with this type of TV unit. However, TV cabinets with solid doors will block the signal. You can either operate the remote with the doors open or purchase a remote repeater, which many customers find useful. Remote repeaters typically cost between $50 and $100. While remote repeaters are available online, we recommend those sold by Jaycar. We offer coffee tables, floating shelves, buffet and wall cladding as well.

All our TV units and floating wall units are custom-made to order. Because each piece is manufactured to your specific requirements, we do not accept cancellations or returns once production has commenced.

Please ensure you select the correct size, finish, and shipping option, and that you have reviewed our shipping times and terms & conditions before ordering.

In exceptional cases, if a cancellation is requested within 24 hours of placing your order, a 25% administrative fee will apply, which will be deducted from the total order value before a refund is processed.
