Please choose extremely carefully in terms of sizes, shipping options, finishes etc prior to ordering and ensure you have read the shipping times and terms and conditions. Failure to do so, will not be a valid reason for cancellation or return of the product.
In rare circumstances or upon a dispute, if we absolutely must cancel an order, the costs incurred by us at the time of cancellation, will be charged prior to refunding amount. This amount is at our discretion dependent upon the circumstances.
